عن الوجهة: Brno, the Czech Republic's second biggest city, has a rich cultural variety of fascinating sights. The capital of Moravia is a beautiful and wonderful town that has a small town feel to it. The city is surrounded by beautiful mixed forests, which offer many opportunities for tourism and cycling. The centre is very small and the sights can be easily navigated in a day. The area above Brno is dominated by the magnificent Hrad Spilberk or Spielberg Castle, the history of which is fascinating. It is now also home to the Brno City Museum and it provides excellent views of Brno and the surrounding countryside. The biggest eye-catcher in Brno's old town is Stara Radnice, the old town hall. It is a magnificent building where you can see two beloved Brno symbols, the Brno Dragon, Brněnský drak, and the Wheel. Namesti Svobody, Freedom Square, is the main square in Brno. It is a lovely place to wander round or sit and enjoy a drink at one of the numerous cafes as you indulge in a bit of people watching. The original appearance of the square changed following the extensive building alterations that took place at the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century, when a number of buildings were rebuilt in neo-Renaissance style. The dominant feature of the square is the baroque Plague Column dating from 1679. Charming Brno is an important tourist centre for all who want to explore the natural and cultural beauties of the South-Moravian region. Today Brno is a seat of universities and important judiciary institutions. It offers many possibilities of cultural enjoyment in its numerous theatres, museums, cinemas and clubs.

عن الوجهة: تقع براغ، عاصمة جمهورية التشيك وأكبر مدنها، على ضفة نهر فلتافا وسط منطقة بوهيميا، وهي أحد أجمل المدن في أوروبا، عدا أنها جديرة بالزيارة خاصّةً لعشاق الفن والتاريخ والموسيقى الكلاسيكية وفنون العمارة، حيث ترصع المباني الأيقونية بفنها المعماري الباهر كل زاوية من زوايا هذه المدينة. أما قلب مدينة براغ، فيتخلله نهر فلتافا، مع بعض الجسور المقامة عليه، والتي أكثر ما يجذب الزوّار من بينها هو جسر تشارلز المخصّص للمشاة، لما فيه من مزيج من الأساسات ذات الطراز القوطي، والتماثيل الباروقية، كما تجد فيه الباعة الجوالين حاملين كل ما قد يطرأ بذهنك. على بعد مسافة قريبة من الجسر، يمكنك رؤية القلعة أعلى الهضبة، وتعتبر النواة التاريخيّة للمدينة، بينما تشمل المعالم التاريخية الأخرى ساحة المدينة القديمة؛ إحدى الساحتين الرئيسيتين في براغ، وفيها بعض معالم المدينة المميزة كبرج بلدية المدينة القديم، والساعة الفلكية، وكنيسة السيدة العذراء قبل قرية تين، وكنيسة القديس نيكولاس. لقد تم تصنيف هذا الجزء من مدينة براغ من ضمن قائمة اليونيسكو لمواقع الميراث العالمي عام 1992 للميلاد، حيث كان وما يزال هذا المركز التاريخي للمدينة متحفاً ضخماً يعكس 900 عام من الفنون المعمارية الرومانسكية والقوطيّة والباروقيّة والعائدة لعصر النهضة، بالإضافة إلى آثار القرن التاسع عشر التي تنافسهم جميعاً، كما أنه من المذهل أن الفن المعاصر بقي غير متأثّر بطراز القرن العشرين، وهذا ما يجعلها حقّاً متعةً لذواقي الفنون والعمارة.
